Express line parcel service for shipment of documents and goods with warranted delivery until 10 am of the day following the postage day.

Attention! Not all localities that admit SEDEX 10 postage is a delivery locality.  
Even in a city that offers the service, ZIP code range defined for the locality must be checked.

Who can use it: - Natural and juridical persons without contract; 
- Juridical persons with contract.

How it works: Basic services: - Home delivery;
Automatic registration; - Automatic indemnification.


Delivery attempts: There will be three delivery attempts on consecutive business days, the first one until 10 am of business day following postage day;  the second will take place until 6 pm of the same day; and the third until 10 am of the following business day.

In case delivery is impossible, the parcel will be immediately returned to  sender.

Attention: Delivery at P.O. Box or  Ordered Posta Restante, is possible, and the object shall be available for client at post office of destination until 10 am of the day following the postage day, being considered delivered at the time when it was made available for internal delivery. 

Indemnification for delivery delay: Devolution of  50% of value paid upon object postage. Values of additional services eventually acquired will not be refunded.

The object postage can be made from Monday to Saturday at any  Correios post office accredited or via Collection call.

Attention! Postage limit hours for forwarding on the same day and fulfilment of delivery foreseen terms vary according to locality and post office, and must be confirmed in the unit at the moment of postage.
For postages made after limit hours in post office, one business day will be added to the delivery term.

How much: Postage value varies according to object weight and  origin and destination localities, plus value of eventually acquired optional products and additional/complementary services.

How to pay: Cash, check, credit card, debit card. To be invoiced: monthly invoice, exclusive for contract clients.  

Delivery foreseen terms: Three delivery attempts will bem ade for SEDEX 10 parcel, on the following days and hours: Business days: First: until 10 am of the day following the postage day, since it was not posted after post office postage limit hours; Second: during the same day of the first delivery attempt; Third: until 10 am of the business day following the second delivery attempt.
Satrudays: First: until 10 am. Second: until 10 am of the following business day. Third: during the same day of second delivery attempt.

Guard terms: In case of non-delivery, after the third attempt, the object will be immediately returned to sender.
At destination the object will remain available for 7 days in case of Ordered posta restante*. In case ZIP of destination is in area with home delivery restriction, the SEDEX 10 object will remains available to addressee for 7 days as well, in Fallen Posta Restante** - the object will remain available to addressee for 30 days only in case of addressing to P.O. Box.

At devolution:- the object will remain available to sender for 20 days only in case of devolution to P. O. Box sender,  Ordered posta restante or Fallen Posta Restante** - the object will remain available to sender for 30 days only when addressed to Ordered Posta Restante*.

* Service through which an object sender indicates a Correios post office as delivery or return address.
** Delivery service at one Correios post office, of an object addressed to a locality where there is no home distribution or in which home delivery is not possible.

Storage tax: This tax will only be charged upon devolution to sender and from the 8th day of guard. In case exemption terms expires on a non-business day, it will be postponed to the following first business day. Parcels without Return Receipt. In case the sender requests information on parcel receipt, open an Information request.

Maximum weight admitted for SEDEX 10 parcels is  10 kg.

For postages in Manaus free trade zone and in international border municipalities, parcels must be presented open to meet Federal Revenue and security agencies determinations. 

Invoice or Content Discrimination Form shall be packed in transparent plastic sticker envelope and preferably fixed on pack outside. 

Packing: Every SEDEX 10 document and good shall be packed and closed by sender, in pack that resists to content weight, shape and nature, as well as to transportation conditions. The pack may be acquired in Correios, in other suppliers or fabricated by the client himself, provided that it satisfies recommended conditions:  envelopes, boxes, packages and rolls made out of paper, plastic, polystyrene, wood or metal, wrapped in flat and resistant paper.
